30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to establish the conditions applicable to the 30-day satisfaction guarantee offered by Bōka to its customers, allowing them to return a piece of furniture ordered online if they are not fully satisfied.

2. Applicable Guarantee

From the date of receipt of the furniture, the customer has a period of thirty (30) calendar days to exercise the satisfaction guarantee.

If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the furniture received, they may request a return and a full refund, subject to compliance with the conditions set out below.

3. Geographic Zones and Terms

3.1 Green Zone – Full Guarantee

For customers located in an area served by Bōka’s internal delivery team (“green zone”), the satisfaction guarantee includes:

1) Free collection of the furniture at the original delivery address;

2) A full refund of the amount paid for the product.

3.2 Yellow Zone – Partial Guarantee

For customers located in an area not served by the internal team (“yellow zone”), the guarantee remains applicable, under the following terms:

1) The customer is responsible for returning the product at their own expense to the warehouse designated by Bōka;

2) A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the product, provided it is returned in compliance with the conditions below.

4. Return Conditions

The refund is subject to the following requirements:

The furniture must be fully disassembled;

The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the packaging is missing, all parts must be adequately packed in one or more securely closed boxes, subject to approval by Bōka’s team, and a restocking fee of 20% of the furniture price will apply;

The return must include all parts, screws, tools, and instructions received upon delivery. In case of missing pieces, an additional restocking fee equal to 20% of the furniture price will apply.

5. Limitations of the Guarantee

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply in the following situations:

The return is motivated by difficulties related to the customer’s assembly of the product;

The product shows damage or signs of wear caused by abusive, negligent, or improper use;

The customer did not comply with the return conditions specified in Article 4.

In case of an issue related to assembly or a defective part, Bōka commits to providing the necessary replacement parts and may offer technical assistance. An assembly service is available in certain regions, under specific conditions, and for an additional fee.

6. Refund Terms

The refund will be made using the original payment method used when placing the order, within a maximum of ten (10) business days following the receipt and inspection of the returned product.
