Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are at our expense if all conditions are met.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, meaning in perfect condition, disassembled, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The receipt is not transferable.

Please note that Boka Furniture reserves the right to charge fees or refuse returns if these instructions are not followed and/or in the case of damaged products.

To initiate a return, please contact us at the following address: support@meublesboka.com including your order number. Our team will assist you throughout the process.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges

We have a 30-day exchange policy, in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, meaning in perfect condition, disassembled, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The receipt is not transferable.

For exchanges, the new furniture must be of equal value to the original furniture. If you want furniture of a different value, the difference will be charged/refunded to you.

A $20 + tax fee will be charged for delivery.
