Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, meaning in perfect condition, disassembled, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The receipt is not transferable.

In addition to offering 30 days to request a refund, we will pick up the furniture directly from your home at no cost.

If there are missing parts or if the furniture is damaged, Meubles Boka reserves the right to refuse the refund request.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order before assembly and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if there are missing parts so that we can replace them for you.
