Yes, all our furniture pieces are brand new and ready to start their first life in your home. We do not sell used or recycled furniture. We are a furniture brand, not a big-box store.

The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?

Ca ou IKEA je trouve que c'est la même chose.
je pensais pas que je devais les assemblés.
grosse déception!!
Comme un meuble IKEA mais la qualité est bien meilleure. Les problèmes que j’ai rencontrés 1) les boutons poussoirs qui font un peu défaut, pas qu’à un tiroir, mais 3 sur 4 (j’en ai acheté 2 avec deux tiroirs). Parfois, même en appuyant de toute mes forces, le tiroir n’ouvre pas, ou ne se referme pas. Je dois m’y prendre à plusieurs reprises. 2) J’ai eu le mauvais livre de guide de montage (une vieille version), les étapes n’étaient pas bonnes. Du coup j’ai dû appeler le service à la clientèle. On m’a vite aidée. 3) Le look est vraiment joli, la couleur aussi, mais une fois montée, les tiroirs sont légèrement mal alignés, mais je suis un peu TOC, de loin ça ne parait pas. En résumé, je suis quand même satisfaite pour le prix que j’ai payé. Je recommande.
