The evening before delivery, between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m., our team will call you to confirm the exact delivery time and collect any special instructions. On the morning of delivery, you will receive an email that lets you track your order in real time, and the delivery time will be updated throughout the day as the driver makes each stop.
If you are not available on the offered days, we can leave the box(es) in a specific spot that you specify in the "Delivery Instructions" section below. We can also deliver the boxes to a different address, or to a neighbour, so you can pick them up when you get back. You will be able to confirm these details with our delivery team when they call you the day before the delivery.
No, you do not necessarily need to be present. When a member of our team calls you the day before delivery, you can confirm the delivery details with them. If you can’t be there, we can leave the boxes in a specific place according to your instructions.
Yes, absolutely. By default, if your cart contains a pre-order item, the delivery date you can choose above is limited to that item’s restock date and applies to the whole cart. If you would like to receive the in-stock item(s) first and the pre-order item(s) later, please place two separate orders. You will then be able to choose two different delivery dates.
