Well, no, and to prove you wrong, we offer a 5-year warranty on ALL our furniture sold online. That shows how confident we are in the quality of our furniture.
What our warranty covers:
1st year: Manufacturing defects and missing parts
All our furniture is covered against any manufacturing defects during the first year following the online purchase date.
If you find that you are missing a part or a piece is damaged, contact us immediately to proceed with its replacement. But beware, you must make the claim BEFORE assembly.
Claims Procedure:
Send an email to warranty@meublesboka.com including your order number. If it's for a damaged piece, don't forget to attach one or more photos to expedite the process.
Once the request is processed, we will ship the piece by mail or deliver it ourselves to your home within 5 to 7 business days.
2 to 5 years: Normal Wear and Tear
For years 2 to 5, our warranty ensures that our furniture will not break due to normal wear and tear. We understand that daily use can lead to normal wear and tear, and our warranty aims to ensure the durability of our products over time.
Exceptions and Conditions
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as tears, scratches, damage caused by impact, accidents, or by an animal.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by fire, water damage, or any other force of nature.
Products must be used for residential purposes and are not intended for commercial or industrial use, unless otherwise stated.
The warranty does not apply to products that have been improperly stored, assembled, or installed, used inappropriately, overused, misused, modified, or cleaned with inappropriate methods and/or products.
It also excludes products placed outdoors or exposed to extreme conditions, indirect or consequential damages, floor models, and clearance products.
The original receipt is required for any claim, and it is non-transferable.
