Terms and Conditions

We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:

1. Delivery at the bottom of the door (free) : Boxes will be dropped off at the main entrance of your home or building.

2. Delivery to the room of your choice ($29.95) : Our delivery people will drop off the boxes at the desired location inside your home, provided that access is clear and adequate.


General delivery conditions

Deadlines and reporting of damages

You have 48 hours following delivery to report any material breakage or external damage caused to your home. After this period, we will not be able to accept any claims related to transport.


Drop-off location and access

- For delivery to the room of your choice , delivery people drop off the boxes at the requested location, without unpacking or assembling them.

- Our delivery people do not dismantle any elements (doors, frames, light fixtures, stair railings, etc.). The customer must ensure that everything is ready for delivery and that access is free of any obstacles.

- If the furniture does not fit , the delivery people will leave the boxes in front of the door , and the delivery costs will not be refunded .

- If elevators are unavailable or non-existent , delivery people can climb a maximum of four (4) floors .

- The customer is responsible for measuring openings (doors, hallways and stairs) to ensure that boxes will pass easily

Items not covered

We are not responsible for the following damages:

- Scratches or marks on walls, door frames or stairs.

- Damage to floors caused by moving furniture if it has not been protected beforehand.

- Delays or postponements of delivery which may result in loss of use, salary or time.

Additional Conditions and Restrictions

- Delivery must be made to one address only and a responsible adult must be present.

- Our delivery people will not make any modifications to door frames, moldings, light fixtures or other elements to facilitate the passage of furniture.

- Delivery personnel do not remove their safety boots . Please provide protection for your floors.

- The customer is responsible for measuring their doors, hallways and stairs to ensure that the furniture will pass easily.

We make every effort to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
